New to AI and want a clear-eyed plan, not a pile of demos. We map how your business runs, score opportunities by impact versus effort, and hand you a written AI Scope Document — recommendations, a first build, an effort estimate. You keep it whether or not we build.
02Already in production
Hardening what you run
You already have agents in production and they have to hold up. The failure is quiet — a sub-agent dies mid-task after a side effect landed, the orchestrator retries, and now you have duplicate charges and corrupted state. We design the harness so failure is recoverable: checkpointed state, bounded tools, idempotency, circuit breakers, cost guards.
